My Autoimmune Journey

After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis over a decade ago, I embarked on a journey to heal my body, mind, and spirit. Along the way, I discovered the power of sound therapy, meditation, and lifestyle changes in managing symptoms like chronic fatigue, brain fog, and inflammation.
