What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a relaxing auditory journey that aims to calm and soothe the central nervous system through the use of different instruments like Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs, enabling the body’s biological systems to concentrate its energy on restoring balance to the mind and body rather than the external environment.

About Me
Hi my name is Adriana Dobbs. Over the last several years, I've battled Hashimoto's Thyroidtitis, an autoimmune condition. I searched for alternative healing therapies and found sound therapy helped greatly to improve my condition. I felt a great calling to share this wonderfully rejuvenating therapy with others and Serenity Sounds was born!

My Treatments
30 minute VST
$100
The 30 minute therapy session is a great way to be introduced to Vibrational Sound Therapy. Himalayan singing bowls are used on or next to the body to direct calming vibrations. This session is also good for the client that wants to bridge the gap between longer sessions or to just take the edge off when time is short.
Private Group Sound bath
Starting at $250 and up based on number of participants and location
Sound baths use various crystal singing bowls to provide an immersion or 'bath' in deep, soothing sound wave energy. This is a therapy that can provide such a calming and relaxing state that many clients fall into a peaceful, meditative, rejuvenating sleep.
