Join Adriana Dobbs, a certified sound practitioner through the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA) and International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA), for a beginner-friendly introduction to sound bath meditation.
You'll learn how sound therapy works, what to expect during a session, and how sound may support relaxation and nervous system regulation. Following the introduction, you'll be guided through a 20-minute seated Sound Bath Meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, allowing you to experience the practice for yourself.
Whether you're completely new to sound baths or simply looking for a peaceful pause in your day, this session offers a welcoming space to slow down, relax, and explore the benefits of sound therapy.
