About the event
Join us for Restorative Yoga and sound bath at Serenity Sounds studio. Restorative yoga will be led by Jen Endicott while Adriana from Serenity Sounds plays a calming sound bath. Jen is an experienced leader and yoga teacher, approaching 2k hours of teaching, and 20+ years of mentoring humans in various capacities from corporate environments to mindfulness clients to yoga students and teachers.
